In poem, poet tells us about God who used to be their friend and play with them in in jungle. That time poet did not try to know who is he playing with. He always consider god his best friend. But when poet grew up and stopped playing games, he realize that the person he used to play with was God and world worship him.
The story of poem begins with the conversation of poet and god. The poet say, when I used to play with you, I never ask who are you. I never tried to know who I’m playing with. I thought you were just my friend. I wasn’t shy or fearful.
I was very innocent and my life was enthusiastic. Every day in early morning, you used to wake me up like my friend and take me for morning walk. You and I used to play since early morning in jungle and we were best friends.
On those days, when I used to play with you, I never tried to know meaning of your song. The song you used to sing for me I never tried to know its meaning. My voice catch up your song tune and my heart danced in their cadence. Your song was very beautiful but I never tried to know its real meaning, I just catch up your song tune and danced on it.
As our playtime is over, what I’m seeing suddenly in front me ? The whole world is standing with head bowed down in front of you and their eyes are looking at your feet. They are just thinking about you and me like a silent stars.
