The story begins with Electric Train which daily comes at Mumbai Sunburn station around 6 pm. Mumbai Sunburn is a very crowded station of Mumbai. There comes a girl named, Roma Talreja, a twenty one years old girl who is a B.Com graduate and work in call center.
She is working in call center for 2 years. On day, 10 December 2010, Roma tried to board a train, she board a crowded Electric train but get stuck between two women.
As Roma is weak, she fell in train but nobody notice her. When Roma fall, one more train was passing from the opposite direction. The story now features new character, Baleshwar Mishra, who saw Roma fainted in train, he immediately ring red chain of a train. The train speed goes down slowly-slowly, Baleshwar jumps from train, and as he jumps, he got hurt on his ankle.
Afterwards, Baleshwar goes to pick Roma. At this moment, train has started going forward. After coming out from the train, Baleshwar look for Roma everywhere and when he finds her, he ask her, is she alright ? Roma doesn’t give any response as she was not able to speak. Baleshwar pick Roma and takes her to the city road.
Baleshwar is struggling on road and tried to find a vehicle but no one stops for them. At last, one Vikram stops and Baleshwar request him to take them to hospital. They got stuck in Traffic jam, traffic police comes and tells Baleshwar to take Roma in Airoli Hospital. Baleshwar knows that this hospital is 10 km away and he will be late to take her there. Baleshwar knows about one small hospital, so he take Roma there.
As Baleshwar was taking Roma to the hospital, she comes into consiousness for few moment, Baleshwar ask her name, she tells him that her name is Roma. Baleshwar ask for her family number to inform them. She given him his brother number whose name is Dinesh. Baleshwar immediately calls Dinesh and inform him about Roma condition. Thereafter, Roma faints again.
Baleshwar admitted Roma in Divine Multi Speaciality Hospital. There comes Dr. Anil Agarwal, who when saw the critical condition of Roma, straight away tells his nurses to admit her in ICU without any paperwork. They immediately admit Roma in ICU with no paperwork. Thereafter, Dr. Anil ask Baleshwar to stay in hospital until no one comes from her family.
Dr. Anil told Baleshwar that he bring Roma in hospital at the right time otherwise she won’t be able to survive. Next morning, Baleshwar comes to hospital where he learns that Roma is ok now. Dinesh ask for Roma’s belongings from Baleshwar.
Afterwards, Baleshwar goes on same place where Roma was fainted. Roma thanks Baleshwar with all her heart as he helps her without any need or want. If Baleshwar did not help her, she won’t survive.
At the end, Baleshwar reveals that nobody was ready to help him not even police officers. On the other hand, Baleshwar helps Roma without even a second thought.
Maybe someday we or our family members face the same problem like Roma was facing. So we should always help the helpless person without any expectation from them.
